Tip Sent Back To Prison on bogus violation charge

The word on the street is Tip was sent back to the Federal Prison in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday. Apparently "someone" thought Tip violated the terms of his probation by riding on a tour bus from Arkansas to Georgia.

The facts that we know so far:

Tip showed up on time to the halfway house where he spent last night.
When Tiny (Tameka Cottle, Tip's wife) went to pick him up early Thursday to take him home to finish the remainder of his time on house arrest per the terms of his release from the Arkansas State Penitentiary, no one told Tiny anything was wrong--yet Tip never came out to go home. Never one to sit idly, Tiny went outside to make some calls to find out what could possibly be wrong. No one knew yet, and when Tiny returned back to the halfway house, someone finally broke the stunning news to her.

Numerous family members on both sides are getting phone calls from all over the U.S. asking "what's wrong, where's T.I.? Some relatives of incarcerated people in the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary are saying that they saw Tip arrive there on Thursday, September 1st, 2011.

Word is, Tip will have to serve at least the remainder of his term which would put him in Atlanta until the end of September. We were getting two different dates-September 27th, 2011 and September 29th, 2011. The ankle monitor should have come off on September 27th the last we heard, but somehow the date of September 29th is being brought up.

This is all unconfirmed rumors at this point. Numerous calls to many people in the Tip Camp have gone unanswered, indicating that there could be a problem that they are working on resolving. No response from VH-1 as of this typing. News agencies and radio stations are getting many calls for confirmation. As of this typing, the AP isn't saying anything is 100% confirmed--yet. My one question is this: What kind of lack-of-attorney got paid how much to let this slip-up happen?
